Mobile and Remote Online Notary Services and Fees for Notarial Acts
(NRS 240.100 & NRS 240.197)

Mobile Notary Services include the cost per signature on documents plus a travel fee. (NRS 240.100)

Acknowledgment

First signature, each signer in a single document

An Acknowledgment is a declaration by a person that they have signed a document willingly for its stated purpose. The Notary Public confirms the signer’s ID and verifies that the document is being signed of their own free will. The signer may sign an acknowledgement before meeting with the Notary Public or sign in the Notary’s presence.

Acknowledgements are commonly used for powers of attorney, contracts, etc. (NRS 240.100)

Jurat (Oath)

Fee for each signature, oath, or affirmation in the same document

A Jurat is a declaration by a Notary Public that the signer of the document was in the presence of the Notary Public and swore to or affirmed that the statements in the document are true. A Jurat must be signed in the presence of the Notary Public after the oath is given to the signer.

Jurats are commonly used for affidavits, depositions, and other documents requiring a sworn statement.

For Administering Oath or Affirmation of Office

Fee is per person

The individual taking an oath or affirmation must raise his/her right hand while the Notary Public recites the words of the oath or affirmation. The person then repeats the words back to the Notary Public.

Certified Copies of Documents

Fee is per document.

The individual seeking a certified copy of a document must make a copy of the document in the presence of the Notary Public, or the Notary Public will make the copy when meeting with the client.

Total fee

Your marriage ceremony may be scheduled after you apply for a marriage license at weddings.vegas.com.

Pick-up your Marriage License, State of Nevada Marriage Certificate, and Marriage Keepsake Certificate at the Clark County Marriage and License Bureau. Present the original documents before your marriage ceremony.

Travel fees are separate. See Mobile Travel Fees.

I-9 Employment Verifications

Fee is per person

The Notary Public acts as an Authorized Representative and verifies the identity of the person by reviewing required forms of identification as prescribed by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The Notary Public completes Section 2 of the Employer Review and Verification form. This service assists employers and individuals to remain complaint with Federal hiring guidelines.

$15.00 per hour – (2 hour minimum - pro rata after.)

Fees for Remote Online Notarizations are billed on the day of your notarization before the signing. We accept payments using Zelle and credit cards. See FAQ question number 3 for more information on the Remote Online Notarization (RON) process. Access to a computer with internet and email access is necessary for all parties.
